NE Seafood Markets Cookbook

The cookbook is organized by dinner course and by type of seafood. If you have fresh Swordfish steaks for instance, just turn to the Salmon, Swordfish and Tuna chapter.  I learned a new trick right away in the Starters section, as the Port Lobster Company in Kennebunkport shared their secret for making Baked Mussels – who knew they could be prepared in the oven!  This could easily be the only seafood cookbook you will ever need for any region of the country.  The New England Seafood Markets Cookbook is my new bible for preparing any fresh fish or shellfish that comes my way!

These books are sure to be New England classics and are available on Amazon and all major book sellers.
