I love it when a travel company puts their tongue firmly in cheek and comes out with a great quirky promotion.  Hat’s off to Aqua Resorts, a  budget friendly hotel company with dozens of nice properties throughout the Hawaiian islands.  As a nod to President Obama for producing his birth certificate, Aqua Hotels are offering a generous 15% discount to any guest who produces their birth certificate at check-in.
