Short three and four day cruises from Miami have always been a popular getaway option, but now Norwegian Cruise Line is setting themselves apart by introducing all-inclusive pricing that includes unlimited free beer, wine and premium spirits while cruising to the Bahamas on the Norwegian Sky.  Those Bahama-Mama’s are going to taste all the better now!

Norwegian Sky Cruise Ship

Beginning in January 2016, all guests sailing on-board the Norwegian Sky from Miami will enjoy unlimited premium spirits and cocktails curated by the mixologists from Miami’s Bar Lab.  In addition, wines by the glass, and bottled beer up to $11 are included.  Cruisers under the age of 20 will also enjoy unlimited sodas and juice drinks.  So no more running up a big tab for cocktails, or wine with dinner – it will all be included in 2016.

Norwegian Sky which carries about 2,000 passengers, has a dozen bars and lounges and multiple specialty dining options and it’s popular free-style dining .  The kids will love the water park and kids zone.  And everyone will love visiting Freeport on Grand Bahama Island, Nassau Bahamas and Great Stirrup Cay (NCL’s private party island).

It will be interesting to see if the all-inclusive concept spreads to other cruise lines and other NCL ships.
