How many of us have sailed away on a fun-filled cruise only to return home 10 pounds heavier?  That’s why everyone packs their stretchy waistband pants, right?   It’s really not our fault… there are just so many opportunities to indulge wonderful cuisine, lavish desserts and delicious frozen cocktails.

But this Fall that could all change – here’s your chance to return from a cruise in better physical shape than when you departed.  The Sea Fit Cruise will offer participants a wide range of fitness choices including Kick Boxing, Yoga, 3D Cardio, High Impulse Beat and “Cornerstone” Cardio.  The experience will include 16 hours of group training with a choice of activities all led by certified New Jersey and New York based trainers.

Royal Caribbean’s Explorer of the Sea offers plenty of opportunities to be active as well.  Cruisers can give rock climbing a try from the specially built climbing wall that overlooks the sea, play a pick-up game of basket ball, go ice-skating or play mini-golf.  And if you’re still looking to burn more calories, there is always the elaborate fitness center and spa.

The cruise departs Bayonne, New Jersey on October 13, 2013 for a 7 day voyage to Bermuda.  The ship will be at sea for three days and in port at Kings Wharf, Bermuda for 3 days.  Contact Crown Cruise Vacations for full details and pricing.
