Let It Snow! – Ski Free in Vermont
As a giant snow storm is blasting the east coast, it’s time to embrace winter and plan a visit to the slopes! The ski resorts of Vermont are offering a ski free promotion that will give you the perfect reason to strap on those new skis Santa brought you and bring along the kids to learn to ski or snowboard for free! January has been named ‘Learn To Ski or Snowboard Month’ in Vermont and ski resorts are offering exceptional beginner packages for every age.
January 3-9, 2011 is “kids learn to ski & ride for free week”. Sign your kids up for a free beginner lesson, lift-ticket and equipment by visiting SkiVermont.com. You’ll find a chart of all the participating ski resorts and all the available lesson times – advance sign-up is required.
For the entire month of January adults can bring along a friend to learn to ski for free. With one adult purchasing a full day lift ticket, a companion can take a free beginner ski lesson along with free rental equipment and a beginner lift ticket. So there are no more excuses for snow bunnies to hide in the lodge!
