Virgin logoThis is the cheeky and provocative query that introduces the new Virgin Hotels website.  And apparently 70% of travelers surveyed answered yes, they would be excited to stay at a hotel owned by Virgin.  So last week, Sir Richard and his Virgin group announced they are preparing to enter the crowded hospitality marketplace with a luxury hotel brand, and I for one, can’t wait to experience a Virgin branded hotel.

Virgin promises that their hotels will showcase ‘service as the ultimate luxury’ and will redefine a customer’s journey from pre-arrival through checkout.  The hotels will have a ‘highly local’ influence and will offer unusual and unique spaces for guests to gather and conduct business.  The initial target markets will be New York, Boston, Wash DC, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Given the exceptional experiences delivered by the rest of the family of Virgin brands, this is something to really look forward to – stay tuned for a grand opening soon.
