Finally, lie flat sleeping seats are coming to coach class thanks to the imaginative folks at Air New Zealand. The Kiwi’s  will soon be introducing a whole new way to fly in coach class – by ‘Skycouch’!  Their newly designed Boeing 777-300 ER (which will be introduced later this year) features a new style of seating.  The’ Skycouch’ is designed to be a lie-flat space made up of a row of three seats which all recline together to form a flat couch, where two people can relax, recline and catch some sleep.  Two adults traveling together can add the third seat at approximately half price.  Here’s an article with a glimpse of what they will look like.
