The Cheapest Week To Travel
Without a doubt the least expensive weeks of the year to travel are the first two weeks in January. Why?… everyone is so stressed out from the holidays, that they can’t even think about packing. If you get your holiday’s under control early this year and plan to skip out the door right after New Years, you can often save HALF the cost of the same trip a week before. And for a bonus, the first two weeks in January are some of the coldest weeks of the winter, so unless you’re planning to ski, that’s a great time to be Gone, Baby, Gone!

Thanks for the tip. I have often found that the cheapest time to travel can vary by destination. For example, if you want to go to Vegas, November and early December is the cheapest time of year.
This is a great tip. I just wrote a post on my blog about travel tips, one being to go during off-peak times, but now I actually know when that is! I will be sure to refer back to this site in the future.
