We sent a $500 deposit to hold it to the owner Dorothy E Bauer email beach3773@aol.com then we found she was still corresponding and trying to rent it for the dates we had reserved so we asked for a return of our deposit. We were ignored. This woman also operates under the name Dorothy Wilson for a condo in Waikiki and Dorothy Day for a condo in Monterey. She resides at 530 E Vista del Playa Ave. Orange Ca. 92865.
